Welcome to your new home and DRI Holdings, Inc. We are excited to have you as a tenant! Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of residential services. Please let us know if you have questions or need assistance with your home. Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm PDT. Our maintenance team call center is available 24/7. If you have a maintenance request, you can enter it online or call our office to be routed to the maintenance call center. If you have after hours emergency maintenance request, please call our office (661) 726-7335 and your call will be routed to the maintenance call center.

- Tenant Login: login into the tenant portal to view information about your lease, contact information, statements, work orders and make online payments.
- Maintenance Requests: sign into the tenant portal to enter a NON emergency maintenance request online. If it is an EMERGENCY please call 661-726-7335 and request the maintenance department 24/7.
